On the 24th Inst I drew upon you on Col. Beaumonts Account, in favour of Sir W[ilia]m Loraine Bt & Co. at Twenty Days date for £1,400-0-0 I have two more Bills upon you in favour of Messrs Gosling & Messrs Drummond the former @ 20 Days amount £875-0-0 the latter at 30 Days am[oun]t £462-10-0. I also remit you on the same account three Bills am[oun]t £12,865-15-11 particulars as below, which you will be pleased to acknowledge the receipt of to Gentlemen

The Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project aimed to celebrate and discover the heritage of the Dukesfield Arches & lead carriers' routes between Blaydon and the lead mines of Allendale and Weardale. A two year community project, it was led by the Friends of the North Pennines in partnership with Hexhamshire and Slaley Parish Councils and the active support of Allendale Estates.
