Gentlemen	By desire of Coll Beaumont I have sent you by Jackson’s & Potts the London Carriers a P[iec]e fine Silver containing Fifteen Hundred & Nineteen Ounces, which I desire that you’ll place to account with him at the Markett Price and advise me on your Receipt of it.  I am desired by Coll Beaumont to inform you that it will be agreeable to him to Supply you with as much fine Silver as will compleat the Service of Plate, you allowing him the Markett Price for it, and on settling the Accounts to deduct the Sum you mention from your Estimate                                     I am etc                 J.E.B

The Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project aimed to celebrate and discover the heritage of the Dukesfield Arches & lead carriers' routes between Blaydon and the lead mines of Allendale and Weardale.
