In our letter of the 11 Inst we acquainted you with two proposals for taking two open mines in Aldston Moor on Tacknote for one year but we find we have omitted the Duty offer’s by these proposers, therefore we beg leave now to sett that matter right by acquainting you that Wm Salkeld offers one Sixth Duty & Arthur & Emerson & John Bateson offer one seventh Duty.
We send you Inclosed herein our Contingent Acct for three Month Ending 30 Sep last & we are Sir Yours &c
