Sir
As you had a power by your old Lease to remove Coales after the Expiration of the Terme it seems reasonable you shoud have the same liberty after old Mayday Next, so that we desire you may not be putt to any Inconvenience on that Accot. & Consent that you may have the same time to remove that you had in your old Lease, But we must desire it may be with this proviso that you have the heap so cleared for laying of Coales that we may not be putt to any Inconvenience in working the Colliery after your year expires at old Mayday Next., & with this further proviso that you doe not Imploy a greater number of Hewers of Coales than has been imployed at the same Season in the preceeding years
