It is not intended to charge any Rent for the late Incroachment, nor for the Wall that has been lately built. We return you the Plan which you are desired to take care of and keep along with this Letter ’til the next Pay, and in the mean time we desire you will let us know in what Proportions the Rent of Sillywray Mill Farm is divided. We suppose it will be in Thirds between you two & Matt. Temperley.

We inclose you a Copy of the Plan of Dewey Syke shewing which part thereof Greenwich Hospital will be intitled to the possession of at Mayday next which consists of 12 Acres 3 Roods, & the Farm to be repaired by the Hospital will be the Line AB, and the other 3 sides must be kept in Repair by the Steward. You will be so good as to let us know after the Snow is off the Ground what you think you can afford to give per Acre for the 12 Acres 3 Roods, or if you recollect so much of the Quality of the Ground from being upon it lately as to be able to form a Judgement of its Value we shall be glad to hear from you immediately. We are

      Yr Hble Servts

      Walton & Turner

PS. We do not think it will now be necessary for either of you to come down about the Busyness which we hinted might occasion our sending for one of you but are not quite certain as to that.
