      We have recd. your Letters of the 8th. & 10th. Instant and thank you for the information you give us concerning the Estate at Lipwood which we wish might be purchased for Greenwich Hospital and if you will get the Coats to name a price we will take the matter into immediate consideration after we hear from you or them. PS. We are much obliged by yr. calculation as to Lough Vein Ore. Mr. Jobling was with us yesterday and has been told by us that we expect to have our Duty as fast as they can get their Ore washed up and he agrees we shall.

The Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project aimed to celebrate and discover the heritage of the Dukesfield Arches & lead carriers' routes between Blaydon and the lead mines of Allendale and Weardale.
