To Mr Maule Rav Castle Decem. 14 1759

Dear Sir

Under the same Cover which Incloses this you will receive the Rentall as Lett at Mayday 1758. I would have sent you also one as Lett at Mayday 1757 but is so much alike to that you have Ending there that there is no occasion, the only difference being the deduction of Robert Simpsons Rent for Bridge<t.s> Colliery in Wark & Ellrington being 15s & 30s for John Coates Rent of Birchey Bank Colliery, & an addition in Alstonmoor Manour of 6d for an Inclosure at Fairhills Jona: Tinswood Tennant, so that there is a difference between the Rentalls as Lett at Mayday 1756 & Mayday 1757 of £2.4.6. The Rental Ending Mayday 1757 came with the last General Account now in the Auditors hands & ending 30 June 1757. The Mustard is bespoke & will come by the verry first opportunity. I begg my Compliments to all Greenwich Friends in which my Father joyns me.

I am for Mr Boag & self Dear Sir Your Hble. Servt.

      Ns. Walton Junr.

P.S. Upon trying the weight of Rental I found it will be too heavy under one Cover, & therefore I send it under two
