      You receive herewith our Cash Account for the Month of October upon which there is a Balance of £3003:6:7 in favor of Greenwich Hospital and you'll be pleased to acquaint the Board that we have remitted the Treasurers Deputy £3500 in discharge of the said Balance and in part of our Receivings since October  We are Sir

PS. Martinmas day being now past it is certain that unless the Proposers for the several Farms &c in the Derwentwater Estate very soon know the Fate of their Biddings they will provide themselves with Farms elsewhere, we therefore beg to have directions without a Moment loss of time respecting this Business
