To Mr Woodhouse Ravensworth Castle September 14th 1759
Dear Sir
I have both your favours before me, the former of the 7th of Augt last & the latter of the 11th Instant, in answer to which I send you inclosed the Queries you sent with our answers, which, I hope will be satisfactory. Mr Boag is not at home but the answers to the queries we signed some time ago, and waited your order to send them, wch came by last Post. My Sons Commission came very safe, but at first we knew not from whom; I think myself very greatly obliged to you for your care and trouble about it, as I know my Son does, and you may be assured those Friendly Offices shall be duly acknowledged.. I am for Mr Boag and Self
Sir Yours etc N Walton
