      We have fixed the Rect. of the Derwentwater Rents at the Grey Bull in Hexham on Monday and Tuesday the 12 & 13 of March of wch. I desire you will give notice to all the Tennants, & order as many as you can to attend on the Monday, as the latter day is generally a Crowded one.  You and Mr Johnson shd. see one another, least between you there shd. be any omission in the notice.	

      You did very right in Stopping the Corfe Bowes & Rodds cutt by Mr Errington.  Mr Boag is from home, but will be here in a day or two after which you will receive a joynt letter from us relating Mr Errington, in the mean time lett none of the Bowes or rodds be removed.  I am your Humble Servt.

The Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project aimed to celebrate and discover the heritage of the Dukesfield Arches & lead carriers' routes between Blaydon and the lead mines of Allendale and Weardale.
