Dear Sir

I am favoured with your letter of the 21st inst and observe that you wou’d have £10,000 Remitted you this Year, which shall be done; but I hope that it may suit your Convenience to have the Principal part of that Sum the latter end of the Year.  Inclosed you have a Bill as undermentioned for £1000 you shall have another £1000 the end of April, the same in June £2000 in Augt & the Remainder in the following Months, which I hope may answer your purpose.  The several Lead Mine & Mill Pays will amount to £86,000 wch it will not be in my power to make till about the 25th May.  I intended making the Pays the end of April, but the late Sales I made added to the long Storm that we have had (wch prevented the Shipping of Lead for Nine Weeks) prevents me doing it sooner.  I acquainted Mr Wilson with what you Mention.  Mr Anderson has executed the Bond for the Two Thousand Guineas to compleat the Payment for the Premises that you sold him, it is in the hands of Mr Wilson & shall be delivered to me on the return of the Deeds executed by you.  Shou’d you want £2000 more the latter end of the Year, you may have it to make up £12,000.    I am etc
