	Inclosed you will receive a Bill drawn by Bell Cookson & Co on Castell & Co dated 20th instant at 25 days date for £157.10s.0d which Sum is to pay the Lord Bishop of Lincoln for the Tythe Ore of Weardale Leadmines on accot of Sir Thos Blackett Bt from the 15th Augst 1780 to 15th instant.  You will please to acknowledge the Receipt of this Bill & when paid inclose me the Bishops Receipt.                   I am etc         JEB

The Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project aimed to celebrate and discover the heritage of the Dukesfield Arches & lead carriers' routes between Blaydon and the lead mines of Allendale and Weardale.
