You must remember when I was last at Alston you promised that you would make the Troughs good to Carry the Water Lanes to the Mills, You also promised to agree and Settle with Tho. Walton about the Expences he was at in repairing the Fences, all which I find is not yet done and you are to blame they are not [underlined] done; but I hope you will doe them imediately for if you doe not we must take such Measures as will Compell you. I desire your Answer to Mr Walton or me imediately and then we shall know how to proceed against you

P.S The affair of the Tythe understand is Reffered to Mr Walton & me, I supose they are Drawn & an Accot. kept
