      We desire you will fix the Matter as to the renewal of Dilston & Lorbottle Tyths at the next Chapter at all events, but at as Low a rate as you can, We think it Absolutely Necessary that they should be now Renewed as we apprehend another year will make no Alteration in their Holiness’s Stiffness.  The Money shall be remitted to you in any way that is agreeable to your Self which you will intimate to us by the post imediately after you have agreed with the Chapter, We will endevour to get you an Exact Copy of an Alstonmoore lease wch as soon as we do will send you We are

The Dukesfield Smelters and Carriers Project aimed to celebrate and discover the heritage of the Dukesfield Arches & lead carriers' routes between Blaydon and the lead mines of Allendale and Weardale.
