      Inclosed is a bill upon William Bell Esq. for £46.3.7 ½  the Value of the Last Loading od Coales payable 14 days after date, which please to receive on Accot. of the Rents of the Derwentwater Estate. Please Also to Acknowledge the rct.of the Bill. I am for Mr Walton & myself
