To Mr William Robson at Wallington                                                 Newca[stle} 3d March 1767

Sir

Geo Brown of Fenwick has been with me just now and has paid me Two hundred & three pounds ten shillings in part of his arrear: so that there remains due from him to S[i]r Wr Blackett at Martin[ma]s last four hundred & fifteen pounds as below, He did not bring the Landtax Note; so that it may be proper to tell you that the last Land[ta]x Note that I allow’d him was due Ladyd[a]y 1764. The last <Reestone’s> rent that I allow’d him was due Mich[aelma]s 1763 & the last Modus Mich[aelma]s 1765.  I am etc     HR
