               In Hexham



Sir

	Mr John Bell having wrote to Sir Walter Blackett that Mr Cuthbert was going to inclose a part of Nubbock Common Sir Walter bid him communicate the Matter to me & ordered that the Case should be stated by you.  Accordingly Mr Bell was to acquaint you with the facts: which he sometime ago told me he had done & that you would send the Case to me.  As I have not received it & Sir Walter a Post or two ago enquired what has been done about this Matter I must beg the favour of you to send me the Case as soon as you conveniently can.  I have sent the Lease of Hackford Mine to Sir Walter & am etc                 HR
