If it be not Inconvenient to you I Desire you will send me a bill for £50 or £60 pounds tho it be at 30 Dayes date I will not suffer my tennants by any means to run one half year into another & pray acq[uain]t them so & that you have orders to Distraine in cas[e] they do not pay the rents & <past due soon> I hear that Sr John Lawson has let his Colliery to very good advantage pray acq[uain]t me who has undertaken it & what rent they pay for it let me pray know likewise who stands for the County of Northumberland & who for Newcastle if my Nephew be Choosen he cand sit in the house til he be at age in case he do he forfeits £500 I hope he may make friends that will Excuse his in the house during that time tho Ime afraid it will be a little Difficult to do I believe our yorkshire parliament men may be made his friends if there be occasion and there are 30 of them with my service to my nephew I am

A friend of mine has a good quantity of Wagon wheeles they are about 2 foot over & about 5 Inches thick & he writes me if you have occasion for them I believe they may be had a [penniworth] Delivered at Newcastle
