Messrs Surtees Rewcastle and Snowball 				Farnacres 14th June 1778



      I desire the Stackyard Walls and the Swine House may be let alone this Season both at

Allerwash and Dilston and the Stables must be only 9 feet high in the side Walls and no joists, and no Shed built at either of the Places and those things will be considered when we settle.  I am for Mr Turner & self Your Honourable Servant
