In Answer to your favour of the 6 Inst. we have write you this day a Letter which you will if proper lay before the board, & herein we send you Accot. of Such money as we have reced. for Leases Executed, with a deduction of Mr Radleys Expences of Filling up &c & what Expence we have been at in the Execution. when the others are Executed we will Account to you for them regularly. You will observe we have reced. no more than £ 3 - 3 - 0 over & above a Guinea for Each paire, which we have accounted for & above is a bill for the ballance due to you& Mr Radley on Mr Skutt at 10 days for £40 - 9 - 11 ½ We have not Charged you with the three quarters of oates, as hoping you will accept of them - our Markett fort Oats continue at upwards of 16s a Quarter of which pray acquaint Mt Corbitt . And be so good as tender our best Compliments to him & all our good friends & you’ll much oblige
