We have received your Letter and desire you will make an offer of the Mills at Woodhall at Seventy Guineas to Thomas Moore the Person who was with us at Langley Mill and in case he refuses give Notice at Hexham Cross on Tuesday and also at Haydon Bridge desiring Proposals may be delivered you and as soon as you come to the Rent above mentioned or more do you Let according to the best of your judgement subject to our approbation.
We would not have you build the Swine Houses this Season nor the Stackyard Walls and the Stables must be only 9 feet high and the Sheds let alone. Pray get on as fast as possible. We much approve of your address in getting the Assignment from Nicholson & are
