To John Strangeways Esqr At Cheswick Rav. Castle Aug 19 1759
Sir
As it is much to be wished that the piece of Common between Scremerston & Cheswick was adjusted, between the partys, we would be glad of having a meeting with the proprietors of Cheswick to Consider of Some proper Steps to be taken for that purpose. And as we hope it may be convenient to you be at Captain Romers at Scremerston next Fryday morning the 24 Inst Mr Boag will then attend in order that this Matter may be put upon a footing of being Settled in the most equitable and Amicable way. We begg pardon for giving you this trouble and are
Sir Your most Hble Servts.
H Boag N. Walton Junr
