Sir

      The Receivers for the Derwentwater Estate, being out on the Receipt of the Rents, and other busyness; the Invoyce etc of a further Loading of Coales has come to my hands; which with the Bill of Loading, & Charter parties, you receive herewith.  The Ship is at Sea & probably may be with you before this reaches your hands.  I wrote you of the 3d June which accompanyed the Accounts of a Loading by the Nightingale, which I hope has been safely received.  I shall be happy to hear you and Mrs Ibbetson are well.  I begg my Compliments to her, & am with great Truth
