Mr Pocklington Gentleman of the Neighbourhood of Newark having Purchased an Island in the Derwentwater Lake at Keswick desires leave to Erect a Boat Shed on Old Park Farm near to the Spot where his Grace the Duke of Portland’s Shed Stands and we beg leave to recommend it to the Commissioners of Greenwich Hospital to acquiesce in his request on his agreeing to make the like Acknowledgement as the Duke of Portland, which is 1s Per Annum
