Mr John Holmes 						Farnacres 3rd Sept 1787.



Dear Sir,

       We duly rec[eiv]ed your Letter of the 27 Ultimo and have this Day drawn upon you for £216.6.10 being Balance of Acc[oun]t as below.

       Mr Walton is much obliged to you for his son £15- and we shall be obliged by your paying Mr John Snowball £11-. He lives at Greenwich and will call upon you for the Money, and you will be so good as take a Receipt upon a Two penny Stamp as follows.

       Received Sept 1787 of Messrs Walton & Turner Eleven Pounds being in full of Cash acc[oun]ts by them of Mr John Snowball of Dilston on my Account.
