      We Reced your Letter of the 12 Inst;  in due Course in Answer to which you will receive herein the Certificate of what Money has been remitted by us on Accot. of the Rents & Profits of the Derwentwater Estate, from the 1st day of January 1758 to the 31 Decemr. 1758 last past both days included.  We wish you & family many happy years & are

Remitted Mr James Wood the Treasurers Deputy a Bill for   £3000

April 21 Remitted Ditto                      a Bill for    3000

Novem 26 Remitted Ditto                      a Bill for    2000

                                                          £8000



We Nicholas Walton & Hugh Boag Receivers of the Rents & Profits of the Derwentwater Estates Do hereby Certify that the several sums above mentioned amounting to Eight Thousand Pounds were remitted by us to Mr James Wood Deputy Treasurer for Greenwich Hospital at the Days & times above mentioned being all the Money Remitted by us from 1st day of January 1758 to the 31st Decemr. 1758 both days Included.  Witness our hands the 26th Janry.  1759
