Dear Sir
Above is a Schedule of five bills and one banknote amounting To Eleven Hundred pounds which we Send you inclosed on Accot. of The Rents & profitts of the Derw[entwate]r Estate, which we hope will Come Safe and desire you will Credit our Accot. for the Same and that you will by the posts return Acknowledge the Receipt thereof.
We have been at Keswick receiving the fines which is the Occasion of this Remittance and as we are going upon the Rents thro’ the other parts of the Estate we hope to Send you in Ten Days One thousand Pounds more if not a larger Sum. Our Compliments attend you and all friends at Greenwich and we are with great Sincerity
