Mr. Armstrong

      I hope this will find you safe att London & desire you will take some little paines about Mr. Bainbridge (you know I would doe as much for you if in my power) if you find that he has a good title (admitting the leases from Ro. Eagleston & Alexander Eagleston ( in 1625 one to Alex. Davison & Tho. Suerties of the mine, & the other from the sd R.E. and A.E. to Ly. Maddison & Cha Tempest of the lands to be good, for avoiding a Suite give him anything under 20 £ or 20 £ rather than fail, if he had only an Assignment of the Land 12 £ at most or 13 £ & <writing> his maximum rent, & however observed & take note of wt estate he pretends if you cannot agree. I pray an answer to
