Mr. Thos. Maughan N[ew] house Dukesf'd 29 June 1769 Dr Sr The Carriers to this Mill having got to the Washers at all the Mines we have ore from, so that they could at this time bring a quantity from any of Your Groves that lyes convenient for them (viz) Guinea Grove, Sedlin, Breckinsike and Greenfield, and as taking the Ore you have at the above Groves to this Mill, would ease the Rookhope Carriers a little and inable them to stick closer to Langtyhead, I should be glad to know the quantity you think there will be to come f[ro]m the above Groves, & if there's any quantity Washed; and that you would give Orders to those that delivers it to send it to Dukesf'd Mill. I hope you have before this found good effects f[ro]m the advance &c of Langty Head & am &c I H Jr
