	I received your Letter of the 21st instant and observe the Contents.  The old Leases will be sent up by Mr Nathl Clayton who goes for London to morrow Morning & will wait upon you with them immediately on his Arrival in Town, he will have Chambers at No 2 Greys Inn.  Such an Engagement as you mention is drawn up by Mr Wilson & sent this Post to Sr Thos Blackett to be signed by him and forwarded to Mr Clayton in Town by the first Post.  When a proper Certificate can be procured that Mr Trevelyan was living upon the day the new Leases were delivered that Engagement may be Cancell’d on Surrendering the old Leases & the Delivery of the new Ones to Mr Clayton he will give you a Bill drawn by Bell Cookson & Co on Castell & Co dated 27th instt at 10 days date for £1463.19s.9d the Amount of the several Fines.  You will be pleased to send me separate Receipts for the Fines for my Vouchers as were done on a former Occasion a Copy of which Receipt I inclose you.  When you let me know the Amount of the Fees for the several Leases I will immediately send you a Bill for the Sum.
