Yesterday afternoon Mr kelley the Water Bailif, being under some discontent of mind, put an End to his Life by cutting his throat with a penknife. The Comoners Jury have brought in their verdict Lunacy. so that half the value of the office, being about £750 will go to his sisters, the other half to the Corporation.
